Water for Cambodia - http://www.waterforcambodia.org/

After visiting a children's hospital in Cambodia and learning of the desperate conditions there, and of hundreds of children arriving with preventable waterborne diseases due to lack of clean drinking water Middletown Rotarian Gunther Hausen developed the Water for Cambodia project. He provided biosand filters and taught literacy to women care givers. The project is still going on today and is helping families all over Cambodia.

The Water Project - http://thewaterproject.org/water_scarcity

The Water Project believes that water is a human right - not a privilege. It provides water as it believes that many humans are not able to reach their full potential as a substantial amount of their time is used to collect water.
